Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in serious contrast with the direct surrounding. Food was excellent and the staff doing everything they can to meet's the clients needs.

One downside, the Spa is outsourced and the rates available on their website was not available at the property.

We have stayed at this particular property every year we visit India for the last 5 years. It's a convenient location for us and we're very familiar with the facilities as well as area around it. The staff is really nice, especially the differently-abled bell service. Much appreciate the management's initiative.

Breakfast was good.

The minibar in my room, which I was using to keep certain of my medicines cold, went inoperative. I had it changed but was replaced by another defective one. Finally I got an operative one. The wash basin kept clogging. We had to reduce the flow of water to a minimum.

Fantastic Stay. The front staff arranged a cake for my Birthday. Thanks to Courtyard by Marriot and the front Staff Gurugram Down town. One of my best birthday to keep in memory even though it was a short trip. Weldon !!!!

There is nothing I can't like there. All staff, location, food, all very good and very nice atmosphere and ambience throughout.

1 room had a bad smell which was Changed on our request.Rooms not comfortable at all for 3 pax The Staff was nice and Polite,Hotel not recommended for Tourists coming to visit Delhi for Sightseeing Food was good upto the exceptions..Will not recommend this hotel for my future group.

Excellent service and culture in the property. Everyone was so polite and genuinely eager to help. If you even just make eye contact with someone, they'd approach and ask if they can be of any assistance. A very nice feeling. The room size is very good too.

Location was very accessible.

Every time some one flushes or opens the door in any other room on the floor, you can hear it.. That was quite disturbing. Plus the AC in the room was regulated at 19 with no method to increase the temperature, making it very chilly to sleep.

I was on medical visa and I chose Courtyard Marriott for the proximity to the hospital

Staff!!! Breakfast!!! The security!! The amenities!

It was far from anything… kind of just “ there” but not close to the Ambience Mall or the airport…Mall is 2 hour walk and 30 minute Uber. Airport is 45 min.

Staff very friendly..loved the services provided..if ever I come again in this property it would be just for Varun ji from front desk i.e. reception

Bed was queen size as I was with my family & small kid.Spa services was not upto the mark.Rest theres nothing to complain for everything was fine.

We were exhausted when checked in the hotel late night and after check in Aniruddh ( one of the hotel staff ) realised our exhaustion and offered us relaxing green tea for better sleep. This kind of kindest gesture make big difference for tourists specially when have exhausting day. Cheery on top, tea was delicious and did help for better sleep ?

Not related to hotel but I wish someone help to make Gurugram traffic bit more organised ??

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Gurgaon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the malls, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. The security measures in place are great, giving a sense of safety and comfort.The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. There was an instance where I accidentally blew a fuse using my US blow dryer, and they immediately came to my aid and fixed it. It made me proud to showcase Indian hospitality to my American boyfriend, especially since US hospitality has been declining.The breakfast buffet is absolutely to die for, offering a vast variety of delicious options. I was relieved to be done with my stay, or I might have gained a few pounds from indulging in all the amazing food.

The only downside was that the room was a bit small, and I wish they had rooms with two queen-size beds. While booking it says - sleeps 3, which in any app means 3 adults lave large enough beds to sleep in. They were two twin beds. I had to talk to their Helpdesk for almost a month to convince them to add a third bed. Additionally, the room was a bit chilly, and the heating didn't work as expected.

Location was good and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was awful. It was actually not edible. The chef did not know how to make eggs properly. The omelette was flat with no salt. The dosa batter was very sour and the sambhar was very very salty. Charging almost 18000 per night is a criminal waste of money.

It is a small boutique hotel - well located with reasonable facilities.

The housekeeping is below par. Despite hanging out a sign to clean our room, it was not done for 3 hours that we were away between breakfast and lunch.The shower door leaks and wets the full bathroom.

Excellent rooms & Breakfast+ dinner .
